Medical Billing Service Fee
At Mega Medical Billing, our pricing is customized to your needs. It is based on multiple variables, including your specialty, number of providers, average claims per month, and the services you have contracted Mega to perform.
Our average billing fee ranges from 5.0% to 10.0% of your practice’s gross collections with a small one-time set-up fee.
There is NO monthly minimum.
No Long-Term Contracts
We do not use long-term contracts. We believe in earning your business based on our performance. By focusing on earning your business every single day, we believe we will be able to secure our relationship for years to come.
Our initial contract is 3 months which provides enough time for us to demonstrate how easy our outsourced billing solutions can be for your practice. After that, you have the option to cancel your agreement at any time with a 30-day notice, but we don’t think you’ll want to.
